I am a creator of Lampshades and Decorative Objects in driftwood.
I set up my business in October 2019 with my driftwood creations. I harvest my own wood on the beaches of France or in riverbeds (particularly in the Ardèche). Contact with the wood allows me to visualise its future (mirror, light fittings, coat hook, candle holder etc.).
I often combine my creations with products found in recycling centres and second-hand shops. As the saying goes: ‘Nothing gets lost, nothing gets thrown away, everything gets transformed’. This allows me to find original shapes and give objects a second life.
In January 2022, I took a training course to make my own lampshades, as I couldn't find what I was looking for on the market.
Since then I've been offering my customers a very wide range of lampshades. I make my lampshades according to my customers' wishes. They are 100% customisable to meet their needs.
