Un Douzième
Miniatures are not just a creative hobby, but an art form in their own right.
The field of miniatures is not very widespread in France, yet it is of great interest to our German, Italian and English neighbours, as well as in the United States and Canada, where there are lots of little things to buy
mainly to furnish dolls' houses in 1:12 and 1:6 scale.
As far as I'm concerned, I advocate making almost everything by hand, as well as recycling used or broken materials, cardboard for making the box, wood, Fimo clay, wool scraps, paper scraps, fabrics, buttons, beads, etc... and recovering lots of little everyday things that I use to make the objects. Everything is handmade (except the frame).
It's a real novelty, original and unique in the world of creative hobbies, as well as in exhibitions, because it's not very common in France.
It's also a way of getting the most out of waste and recycling a multitude of things that were destined to be thrown away.
The creative workshop was born out of a desire to create a warm, friendly, bright and calm place to meet up, create, share, relax and marvel.
Located south of the Oise department and north of Paris, it can accommodate 6 people and is equipped with all the materials you need to make your creations.
A real time for yourself!
